Directions & Cautions

Take 1-2 tablets per day with food. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

For people living in Northern and Western Europe it is recommended that women take 50-60 mcg a day to raise levels to the ideal range, and for men it is 100 mcg. If you live in the US the good news is that you probably don’t need to supplement with selenium at all.
