Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if you find that your order contains a wrong item, simply contact us or return your item within 45 days of delivery and we will either exchange or refund your money.

• Within 45 days of ordering, you may return any product purchased from Synthc.com for a 100% cash refund.
• You must return the item to us in whatever condition it may be in at that time.

The guarantee on used items is limited to one unit per item.

Most of our products provide at least a one month supply so this should be ample time to test the product. If you are returning one or more of the same item we will only refund on one used item plus any un-opened items in re-sellable condition.
