Are you delivering to my country/region?
As of 2021, we deliver to the United Kingdom, Europe, The Americas (USA, Canada, Argentina, Brazil), Southeast Asia (Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand), and Oceania (Australia and New Zealand). Check out the Shipping calculator above for a list of countries we deliver to.
How long does it take to deliver to my country/region?
It depends on the method and location of the delivery. To the United Kingdom, the delivery takes 2-3 business days. Europe – 2 to 10. USA, Asia, and Oceania- 4 to 10 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, but you need to choose that beforehand. After we pass the package to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Use these methods/options for tracked delivery: UK and Ireland
  • Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. Price: 4.95£. EDT: 1-2 working days.
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded. Price: 3.95£. EDT: 3 working days.
Europe
  • Europe* Airsure. Price: £9.95 per order. EDT: 2-4 working days.
America, Asia and Australia
  • Non Europe Airsure. Price: £12.95 per order. EDT: 4-5 working days.
Is the payment secure and how can I pay?
We want you to become our regular customer. Stealing money from your card won’t help us with that. For the time being, you can pay via PayPal or Stripe. Both methods are perfectly secure.

Can you give me my money back if I don’t like the supplements?
Yes. You can ask for your money back within 30 business days. There is no need to return the product or give us any explanations. Ask for a refund and the money will be refunded to you 100% (delivery fee included) within 1-3 business days. No hard feelings.
Can my delivery get held up at customs?
Yes, it is possible. You need to check if it is legal to import specific products into your country. If your order gets confiscated by customs (happens very rarely), we do not take any financial responsibility and we cannot provide you with a refund.
Will you notify me if there is an issue with my order?
Of course. Leave a valid e-mail address and if there is an issue, we will get in touch with you asap.
