How does it work?
Used for:
Internal use – rheumatism, arthritis, gout, muscle pain, gallbladder and liver diseases, constipation, stomach colic and indigestion, anaemia, haemorrhoids and heavy menstrual bleeding. It helps reduce high blood pressure and blood sugar levels. External use – eczema, burn wounds, nosebleed, hair loss, sciatica, skin malignancies.
How to take:
Tea – boil 1-2 tablespoons of nettle in 250ml of water, for 5 minutes. For external use as tincture – boil 2-4 tablespoons of nettle in 250ml of water, for 5 minutes.
How much to take:
Three cups of tea, daily.
